Donation Requests

At Melville Candy Company, we are proud to support nonprofit organizations and community initiatives through product donations for raffles, silent auctions, fundraising events, and charitable programs. Giving back is an important part of our values, and we strive to partner with organizations making a positive impact in their communities.

Donation Priorities

While we consider requests from qualified nonprofit organizations nationwide, priority is given to:

Organizations operating within communities where Melville Candy Company has a strong presence
Causes aligned with family, community, education, wellness, and food-related initiatives
Established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, an organization must:

Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Submit a request for a raffle, silent auction, fundraising event, or charitable program
Use all donated products solely for charitable purposes and not for resale

Request Guidelines

Submit the request at least 90 days before the event date.
Use the official request form below.
Limit requests to one per organization per calendar year.
Complete all required fields. Melville Candy Company may request supporting nonprofit documentation.

Additional Information

Donations are provided as product only. Cash donations are not available.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or fulfillment.
Due to the volume of requests received, Melville Candy Company cannot fulfill every request.
Melville Candy Company reserves the right to decline any request at its discretion.
