Time to Ship:
Due to the hand crafted nature of our products, we don't start making any products until an order is placed. As we don't keep inventory in stock, your order is placed in our creation queue and not picked from shelves. Depending upon seasonality, most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of being placed, and then take another 1-4 days to arrive at your door.
Our busy season starts towards the end of summer, so for any holiday items we highly recommend getting your order in sooner than later to ensure you receive items in time for the holidays. We do not currently have the capability to place any rush orders. Please stay subscribed to our email list to keep up with recommended order deadlines.
Returns:
Claims must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. For items that the carrier marks as lost or damaged in transit or return to sender, claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the order date.
While we cannot accept returns for our items since they are food, if you have an issue with your order we will do all we can to make it right. Reach out to customer service HERE and explain what went wrong. We will either issue a refund and/or help you place another order. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
